Coming March 17, 2012--The award-winning Juilliard-trained N2K duo of- Fr. Norm Freeman on percussions and Katherine Cash on violin offer their gifts as a way to strengthen communities through music. "We just want to offer blessings through music to everyone," said Freeman, a Grammy Award-winning musician who has performed with the New York Pops, and such musical giants as Barbra Streisand, Jessye Norman, Kathleen Battle, Vanessa Williams, Metallica in concert and numerous Broadway musicals.

He is joined by Katherine Cash for what she calls "Part Praying, Part Playing." Also Juilliard-trained, she has been a professional violinist since age 12. She has worked as an executive specializing in business analysis in the entertainment and financial industries since 1978. She has performed as a concert master of the New York Symphonic Ensemble and with Broadway musicals, Les Miserables, Nicholas NIckleby, Singing in the Rain, Dreamgirls and Fiddler on the Roof.

"Our live music will give you the opportunity to re-set and to open yourself to a source of joy, of healing and of blessings and peace. When we perform, we routinely experience something greater than ourselves," says Cash.

Healing prayer will be offered during the event. Light refreshments will be available afterwards. A free will donation is requested. It will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 17 at the St. Francis Episcopal Mission, located at 2855 Sterling Avenue at Citrus in San Bernardino.
